Hi! I'm Nique Lynn!
My name is Monique Williams but I am known in the braiding industry as Nique Lynn. I'm a professional braider who took a childhood pastime and turned it into a flourishing business!
Starting a braiding business can be rewarding.
But it can also be challenging, frustrating, and overwhelming. Hustling every day and constantly dealing with challenges - all to not really see that much growth.
But it doesn't have to be like that...

We’ll kick things off with a 60-minute 1-on-1 strategy call to break down your pricing together. No more guessing—we’ll run your numbers, set your baseline, and create a price list that works for you and your clients.
WEEK 2: Plan Your Policy
Together, we’ll revise or create your booking policies so they’re crystal clear, protect your time, and make the process easier for your clients.
STAGE 2
IMPLEMENTATION AND BRANDING
WEEK 3: Set Up Your Scheduling
Now it’s time to implement everything into Acuity—your prices, your availability, your policies. I’ll walk you through it step by step.
WEEK 4: Build Your Brand
Let’s build a brand identity you’re proud of. From bio updates to brand visuals, this week will help you show up online with confidence and clarity.
STAGE 3
SETTING SYSTEMS AND EVALUATING YOUR PROGRESS
WEEK 5: Set Up Your Systems
We’ll set up your content calendar and go through tools like Later and Canva to simplify content creation and start automating your business.
WEEK 6: Full Recap & Strategy Session
We’ll evaluate your growth, clarify next steps, and you’ll leave with a full system to run your business like a BOSS—not just a braider.

I've included a Starter Packet along with forms, fill-in the blank templates, and so much more so you can implement everything you’ve learned during the 1 on 1 coaching. Plus, you will have Lifetime access to our recorded sessions!
So, you have some questions...
How will I access the coaching?
Once you sign up you will be immediately sent a welcome packet along with a link to schedule our first meeting. Once scheduled a dedicated Zoom Link will be provided which we will use for the duration of the program.
What if I already have a price list?
That's fine we can still go over and make sure that you are pricing for profit and establish a base price per hour.
What if I need to reschedule?
I understand life happens. I can allow up to one reschedule throughout the course. I just ask for proper notice.
Where do your tips and strategies come from?
I've spent years learning the art of the braid business and have serviced hundreds of clients all while organically growing my overall social media following to over 95K. With my experience, I've developed a framework that has formed my career and now I want to share the applicable strategies to help you progress in your braid business.
