TERMS OF SERVICE

FROM BRAIDER TO BOSS™
1:1 COACHING PROGRAM

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” “Enroll,” “Complete,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your payment information, or otherwise enrolling electronically, verbally, or otherwise, you (“Client”) agree to be provided with coaching services by Nique Lynn (“Provider”) and are entering into a legally binding agreement subject to the following Terms of Service:

1. TERMS

Upon execution of this Agreement, Provider agrees to provide 1:1 coaching services in accordance with the From Braider to Boss™ Coaching Program (the “Program”) as outlined on Provider’s website, sales page, or point of purchase.

The Program is a 6-week coaching experience. Client is granted a maximum of 10 weeks from the date of enrollment to complete all scheduled coaching sessions.

Provider is not obligated to extend coaching beyond the 10-week completion window for any reason.

Any sessions not completed within this timeframe are forfeited.

2. PAYMENT AND NO REFUND POLICY

Client agrees to pay the selected investment option at checkout, which may include Pay in Full, Split Payment Plan (2 payments), or third-party financing options such as Klarna, Afterpay, Shop Pay, or other available providers.

All payments are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to failure to complete the Program, scheduling conflicts, lack of implementation, dissatisfaction, or business outcomes.

If Client fails to complete the Program within the 10-week timeframe, no refunds or credits will be granted.

If enrolled via payment plan, Client remains responsible for completing all payments regardless of participation level.

3. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Program includes six private 1:1 coaching sessions. Each session is approximately 60 minutes and conducted virtually via Kajabi or designated platform.

Client is responsible for scheduling sessions within the allotted timeframe.

4. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Client acknowledges that Provider makes no guarantees regarding income, bookings, client growth, social media growth, business success, or profitability.

All coaching, education, and guidance are provided for informational purposes only.

Client understands that results are based on individual effort, implementation, business model, market conditions, and other variables outside Provider’s control.

Testimonials and examples are not guarantees of results.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Program materials, frameworks, documents, strategies, recordings, and resources remain the intellectual property of Provider.

Client may use materials for personal business use only.

Client may not resell, repackage, teach, distribute, share, license, or create derivative works from any Program materials.

Violation may result in legal action.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY AND EXPERIENCE SHARING

Provider agrees to maintain professionalism regarding Client business information.

However, Client grants Provider the right to share Client experiences for educational and promotional purposes, including but not limited to testimonials, case studies, wins, transformations, screenshots, and anonymous business scenarios.

Sensitive personal information will never be shared without consent.

7. GOOD FAITH

Both parties agree to operate in good faith throughout the Program, including communication, participation, and conduct.

8. REMOVAL CLAUSE

Provider reserves the right to remove Client from the Program at any time for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behavior, harassment, disrespect, non-payment, breach of agreement, or misuse of materials.

If removal occurs, all payments are forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, business success, or performance outcomes.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Client agrees that Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from participation in the Program.

Provider’s total liability shall not exceed $100 to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted within Pennsylvania or via telephone or virtual proceedings.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Provider and Client and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.

14. CALL RECORDING CONSENT

Client acknowledges and agrees that all coaching sessions conducted as part of the From Braider to Boss™ Coaching Program may be recorded.

Sessions are recorded via Kajabi or designated platform for purposes including but not limited to client replay access, educational reference, quality assurance, and internal training and improvement.

By participating in the Program, Client grants Provider permission to record all scheduled coaching sessions.

Client understands that recordings are for personal use only and may not be downloaded, shared, distributed, or repurposed without written consent from Provider.

Provider agrees to maintain professionalism and discretion regarding recorded content.

ATTACHMENT A
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

From Braider to Boss™ 1:1 Coaching includes six private coaching calls, each approximately 60 minutes in length, conducted virtually via Kajabi.

The Program provides business strategy guidance, pricing and policy support, branding and visibility strategy, and systems and structure coaching.

Program length is six weeks. Completion window is 10 weeks from enrollment.
